Tasteful deluxe king room with a mountain view. Lots of facilities like: a balcony and a TV.

The staff were excellent and thoughtful people from check-in to check-out, and the location was magnificent. We ate at a very nice restaurant which have excellent food and wonderful service.

Overall it was exceptionally clean and updated on level 2. The breakfast food, especially bakery, eggs, and bacon was appetising! We walked everywhere, the location was particularly good, near to the airport. The pool was amazing and the staff was supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating.

The rooms with the garden, snacks, inlaid floors. Outstanding food quality. Beautiful location, only a short distance to everywhere. Early check-in, late check-out.

Nice modern units with a king bed. Beautiful and magnificent location close to the mall, areas separate from older guests, and the surrounding mountains. Also, near the airport.

Loved staying at this wonderful hotel with friendly staff from start to finish. Our deluxe room on the second floor was peaceful and quiet. The location is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful mountains, and conveniently close to a sports bar.

The location was peaceful for me. Everything was superb, yet a few employees were usual. The restaurant was really nice with fantastic food, I tried delicious dishes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belen in San Jose. The staff was polite, the rooms were tastefully decorated, and the location was marvelous. It was near car rental services and Manuel Antonio, making it convenient for exploring the area. The Isabella restaurant was a fantastic dining option.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with mountain view and essential toiletries, for example and care about everyone. The atmosphere of the hotel is ELEGANT. The location of the property is perfect and magnificent, adjacent to the common areas in the centre, the mountain and pools and Amazing to have so much wildlife even while close to the city.

All amazing, everything you need for the business trip. The units are luxury, tasteful with breakfast included. The hotel is on a marvellous location close enough to SJO airport, Heredia, and the airport´s car rental.

The setting is beautiful, and they serve a delicious breakfast with freshly-made eggs, omelettes, and waffles.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the view of the pool and gardens was beautiful. The breakfasts were abundant and the setting was lovely. The staff at the Premier Lounge were very attentive and well-trained.

Good business hotel, nice garden, otherwise located in an industrial area. Ideal for the first and last day, as only 5 km to the airport. Otherwise, expect an American hotel atmosphere. Not bad but not romantic.
